What makes the 90-Day Metabolism Makeover different from other “weight loss” programs?

The 90-Day Metabolism Makeover is designed and overseen by a doctor (that’s me!). I’m there every step of the way to make sure we’re working with your body, not against it. I personally evaluate each and every participant of the program to assess their current health status and develop a protocol that’s personalized to you. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation.

This program is deeply rooted in science and facts. I don’t believe in fads or extreme restriction. Willpower can only last for so long…which is why most diets ultimately fail.

The goal of the 90-Day Metabolism Makeover is to uncover and heal the imbalances in your body that are keeping you from losing weight. Once we’ve done that, your body simply releases the weight that it’s been holding on to.

We’ve also built true accountability into this program. You’ll have someone in your corner who really and truly cares if you actually succeed.

What if I feel like I don’t have time?

I know you’re busy. We all are 🙂 But here’s the thing, this program, other than the coaching calls (which are recorded if you can’t make it — so you can listen later on the drive to work) and a wrap-up session at the end of the program…there isn’t any other time investment.
